1. Download EBorder 3.51 here.
Launch the installer and enter the registration information (use the license: DW2N-9K99-M3KC-VP84-79SF) and click “Next” to continue.
2. Click “Yes” to continue.
3. Choose destination location of EBorder 3.51 and click “Next”.
4. Click “Next” until the following windows show up, and select the options show in the following pictures.

5. Enter the IP address and port information which we send to you and click “Next.”
6. You can choose which proxy mode you would like to use. Click “Next” continue and finish installing.
7. Launch EBorder 3.51 and enter your user name and password to connect to proxy.
