1. Download sockscap32 here and unzip the files, run “freecap.exe” in folder ‘exe’ to launch sockscap32.

2. Click on “File” and select “setting”.

3. Fill “SOCKS Server” with IP address, and then fill the “Port”.

4、Enter your user name and password：

5. Click on “File” tab and create new application, choose the program you would like to connect via sockscap32, then click ‘OK’.
