The Aion team is going to DreamHack Winter this year, and NCsoft have a couple of exciting events in store for anyone visiting. Their agenda sports no less than a 3v3 Aion PvP tournament (finals on Saturday), free-for-all Aion PvP brawls (finals on Saturday), and on-stage activities to warm you up. Prizes provided by Razer and Steelseries will be awarded to the skillful winners of the contests.
Members of the Swedish Aion fansite will be present throughout the entire event to give out demo serial codes. Make sure to get in touch with them, since playing an Aion demo is an excellent way to get a feel for the game. Demos run for three days, five game play hours, or seven levels, whichever comes first.

• Matches are played over Thursday and Friday.
• Teams will compete in groups for preliminaries. The top tier teams of each group will advance to semifinals.
• A team may not have more than one character of any one class.
• Everyone will get swag, but the top four teams will walk away with prizes.
• Matches are held in Sanctum’s Arena.
Contact anyone working in our booth at DreamHack to register your team. The deadline to register your team is Thursday, 26 November, at 20.00 CET.
Free-For-All PvP Tournament
Our free-for-all tournament will bestow upon one final competitor standing the coveted title ‘King of the Hill’. The FFA tournament is less structured than the 3v3 tournament, and as such, it is aimed at new and casual players who are in it for fun. We will hold this event at 12:00, 16:00, 18:00, and 20:00 on Thursday and Friday, and at 12:00 and 16:00 on Saturday.
Rules and Information
• 16 players will compete to be the last man standing.
• There may be no more than two players of each class, and class selection is first come, first served.
• The winner of each brawl will be invited for a Royal Rumble at DreamArena Black, Saturday, 28 November, at 18:30 CET.
Emote Competition
Before holding our Aion demo on DreamHack’s main stage (Friday 15:00), we will entertain you not only with an amazing opportunity to compete on the field of war, but also the chance to express your inner artist. Our emote competition lets you show off your real life interpretation of an in-game emote animation. Are you skilled enough? More importantly, are you brave enough? A selection of cool prizes will be rewarded to those who pull this off both convincingly and whole-heartedly!
Where’s Tutty?
Be on the look out for pink, squishable pigs during DreamHack. Find one, and copy its inscription. Your reward will be a pack of rejuvenating in-game consumables! More information on these lovable creatures will be given out when we’re there.
