We have been experiencing technical difficulties with North American server [East]Lumiel since 00.15 a.m. PDT 10/19. We have in our investigations managed to pinpoint the problem to server hardware that needs to be replaced.
Unfortunately replacing the affected parts will result in a short rollback on the server, causing activity during the final 30 minutes to one hour before the server’s downtime to be lost.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has brought and are working hard to get Lumiel back up again. We estimate for logins to be possible again within 15 minutes of this posting.
