NCsoft's Lani Blazier has revealed via Twitter that the much requested 24/7 Aion GM support is coming soon.
A major gripe of players right now is that in-game support is limited to certain hours of the working day. Anyone reporting an issue currently runs the risk of waiting several hours for a response. However, NCsoft has listened to its players, and reports that there will soon be GMs available throughout the day and night, seven days a week.
