Dear friends,

before I am off for the Christmas holidays, I would like to thank all of you for a great time.

For all of us 2008 was a brilliant year. Especially the last few months were exciting. The Runes of Magic Closed Beta went really well, we went into Open Beta only a week ago and we are already amazed about how well our little game is received by press and players alike.

Personally I am really excited about the influx of new players that have joined us for the Open Beta and are leaving valuable feedback on the forums. I would like to thank each and every one of you for being part of this great community. It's a pleasure having so many people around.

The Community Team is now away for a few days relaxing and recharging the batteries. In early January we'll be back and are really looking forward to go ahead with the ton of things and events on our agenda. Until then we hope you have a great time in game - and don't worry should you encounter any issues or have any questions, the forums are still open and our great support team will be around too.
