Warhammer Online: War-europe has stated that servers would be down for an update.Check it out here:
Tomorrow morning (the 23rd September) we will bring the servers down for a short maintenance. The servers will come down at 10:00 CET and we expect that we will be able to reopen them by early afternoon. We will of course keep you informed of the progress of this work.
