The Friday 16 November noon PST (20:00 GMT) at the weekend kicks off with an event in Lowenstein, you will not want to miss. This is happening in other parts of Tyria will make.
The Saturday 17 November noon PST (20:00 GMT), enters a new phase
Each phase is triggered by a specific event, but you'll be able to enjoy additional content, even if you do not make the kickoff. There is one exception:
The event will make a final grand finale Sunday 18th November, you will not miss. It is a unique chain of events that will take several hours and will begin at noon PST (20:00 GMT). Again, it is only executed once, so make sure that you're there! It will use a lot of content available on this permanently in the world due to the end of the event on Sunday.
ArenaNet wanted us more details as we get closer to the event, but a projection, so you can plan accordingly.
