1. we found three sites are the same in fraud of a company, they are www.gmkeeper.com, www.iwtsgold.com, www.cooltcol.com. And what make us angry is that the site www.cooltcol.com link their live support t our site. They scam people to sell them l2 adena by MSN([email protected]) but do not make payment. and then people contact their 24/7 hrs support which is link to our site. Please be careful of the company. But don't worry about it, we have resolved the problem.
2.we received some reports from our customers for been scammed by someone who claims to be 3Zoom staff when selling items to us. The scammer was using MSN:[email protected] by nick name [email protected], now there are also scammers use skype (l2AdenaSales-scammer), yahoo messanger, icq and other chat tools to ask players sell them gold .Please note that our transfactions with suppliers are ONLY processed on our Live Help. Should you have any doubts during transaction, please contact our Live Help to prevent more loss. And we already list our contact on site .
3.There are also scammers in game that creat an character that the name is about the same to our deliver toon and ask our customer to give gold back to them for any excuse ( like i forgot to take screenshot; give me 800gold, i will give you 1000 gold later; and so on). Please note that 3zoom won't ask any customer to get back gold in game. If you trust the guy in game and give him gold, 3zoom will take no responsibility. So don't trust anyone in game who want to get your gold .
