According to the official site, due to the previous server instabilities, instance cooldowns have been reset and double XP is being applied until the February 9th, 2011. Additionally, be on the look out for a survey that expresses a "token of appreciation". The survey will be available for the whole week, so you won't have to worry about missing it due to timing.
