I'm currently up at an absurd hour of my morning and have anxiously been waiting to post this news. Apparently, NCWest took the initiative for this patch and live translated it. The translation started around 10pm pst and is still being put onto the PowerWiki piece by piece. Please remember that this patch is only on the Korean Test Server and parts of it may change at any time. Additionally, parts of it may not be be present for NA patch 2.5.

The final document of the translation for 2.5 will hopefully be posted in the next few hours while I'm writing this. There is a YouTube of the patch available, but it's unknown when it will be translated.

The highlights of the patch follow.

Instances
- Academy Boot Camp: A circular arena instance that can be entered by both Elyos and Asmodians where waves of monsters attack and may be defeated. There are 10 steps to the instance of 5 rounds each. The cooldown is 22 hours and rewards people with brand new rewards items from the Cloister of Kaisinel and the Convent of Marchutan.
- Araka Farm: a level 50+ instance that each race needs to control its own camp's Balaurea fortress (one fortress) in order to enter. The goal is to stop the flow of drana to Tiamat's Army and end Suramas' plotting.
- Changes to existing instances: level cap removed from NTC, Draupnir Cave instance difficulty reduced, and Butler Jeeves no longer drops the Secret Safe Key, but instead just needs to be defeated to enter the Kaliga Treasury through the secret vault door.
Divinity endowment item enhancement system: items will be imbued with a bonus effect that will be consumed during battle (attack, defences, and skill use)
New Recipes: Added new advanced designs that allow players to craft the greater crafting output even when the crafting fails to proc.
Level 55 PvP heroic grade Abyss items are now available from the Cloister of Kaisinel/Inggison Fortress and Convent of Marchutan/Gelkmaros Fortress
New Designer Outfits: available from city boutiques
A Pet Mood system has been added along with more pet emotes and apparently when the pet mood reaches 100% it now gives you money (ib4 golden goose pet is introduced). Your pet is only allowed to become happy once per hour however.
Pets may now automatically loot monsters on your behalf. Ummm, yeah.
Mentoring system: Functions for characters that are at least 10 levels lower than you are. There are daily/weekly quest rewards for those who mentor others and wing icons appear next to your character's name when you complete these quests.
Speach bubble titles: They are available for things that are noteworthy that you may have done for the day such as "Flight Addict" for people who have flown the most the last week and "Infamous Murderer" for those who murdered the most members of the opposing race yesterday.
Slightly increased upper limit for Magic Boost
There is now a cap on the maximum value for how much a character's casting speed may be reduced
Legion maximum level increased from 3 to 5 along with new legion capes, emblems, titles, and what looks like more legion warehouse space. There is a log on the warehouse now.
Two new skills per class and several skill updates and fixes.
New Graphics option.

Please check the official patch notes for the full update information. And please note when turning on the new graphics option (according to the notes) that "Dust accumulation on graphic cards may negatively impact this option, so you may want to clean your card regularly." That's a funny thing to see in patch notes.
